You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be
- Unused: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Undamaged: The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
- Specific Exclusions: Certain items, such as bespoke and personalised orders may not be returned.
4. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Attach the return shipping label or follow the provided instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 21 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
